THE TOTE TOWN HALL

We’re passionate about the Tote, and the crucial role it plays in British horseracing – providing excitement for fans and vital funding for the industry.

And we want your help to make the Tote even better.

With our partners at Totepool we’re looking at how we can offer greater value, a better digital experience, and even more exciting bets.

We know it won’t be an overnight process, but we’re inviting everyone who loves racing to join us on the journey to revitalize the Tote. So we’re launching the Tote Town Hall, a chance for everyone to share their ideas for improving the Tote, and have their say on other people’s ideas - like the way real Town Hall meetings used to be.

Watch the Tote team, and figures from across racing, explain how to take part:

The aim is to bring everyone together for the Tote – to make it better for you, and secure the funding it provides to British horseracing for generations to come.

To say thank you for your support, everyone who takes part will have the chance to win great prizes – and by joining the Tote Town Hall mailing list, you’ll get early access to new features and products as we develop them.

In addition, we’ll make a donation to Racing Welfare for every response we receive.

Follow our Twitter and Facebook pages to take part in our series of polls and Q&As, or share your ideas on this webpage, and together let’s make the Tote even better!

THIS WEEK’S QUESTION (14th - 25th Jan)

This week we want your views on how we can grow the Tote to reach more customers – and increase the size of pool for everyone, providing even better returns.

So - there are many reasons why people love betting with the Tote, but which aspect of the Tote do you think we should communicate to new customers? It could be our history, the funding we provide to British horseracing, the different types of bets, the fact it’s betting in a pool with other people rather than against bookmakers, or something else entirely.

Share your thoughts below and you could be in with a chance of winning £200 worth of tickets. (Ts and Cs apply).
